It is very important that pet owners abide by and respect the airline rules. These are in place for the safety of your pet.
There are other airlines that do allow some of these breeds, and it is always safer to follow, rather than try and circumvent any regulation. Your pets safety depends on it

As of April 2018, Qatar Airways is now accepting Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, Chihuahuas, EnglishToy Terriers, Lhasa Apsos, Maltese, Newfoundland, Tibetan Spaniels, Silky Terriers and Yorkshire Terriers (Yorkies). They are also accepting Burmese, Birman and Himalayan Cats.
